Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Galore Fashion Store. We want you to love what you buy, but we also need to be fair and transparent about when returns, refunds, or exchanges are possible. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. General Policy

At Galore Fashion Store, every product is carefully checked before shipping. We encourage you to review product details, size guides, and color notes before purchase.

  • Change of mind:
    We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind about the color, style, or design after purchase.

  • Color variations:
    Colors may appear slightly different on screens due to lighting and digital display settings. We cannot accept returns based on shade differences for this reason.


2. When You Can Request a Return or Refund

You can request a return or refund only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or broken.

  • Your order has not been delivered within 2 weeks (14 business days) after the estimated shipping time.

If your item qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at +92 310 8198063 with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)

We will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.


3. Exchanges

We understand sometimes the size or shade may feel slightly different when you see the product in person.

  • Exchanges are allowed if you are not satisfied with the color or size.

  • The customer will need to cover return shipping costs for sending the product back to us.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Please contact us at +92 310 8198063 within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged (if applicable, e.g., undergarments, custom-tailored clothing, etc.).
Please check the product description before purchase.


5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider for online payments).

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
